This Palm Springs–inspired holiday home was conceived as a private retreat, defined by relaxed luxury and a series of secluded, thoughtfully zoned spaces. The three-bedroom, five-bathroom residence was designed to balance openness with intimacy, allowing each area of the home to feel both connected and quietly removed.
Dixon Design House developed the new building design and collaborated closely with a draftsman to produce the full construction documentation. The studio delivered a complete, end-to-end design package, curating every fixture and finish throughout the home. This included bespoke furniture, custom soft furnishings, and detailed selections across the kitchen, bathrooms, robes, media rooms, and ancillary spaces.
The scope extended beyond the interiors to include landscape design, ensuring a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor living. Every element was considered to reflect the relaxed sophistication of Palm Springs architecture—resulting in a cohesive, refined holiday home designed for comfort, retreat, and effortless entertaining.
